RTE / TDM Engineer (Java + Microservices + Azure)

Role Overview:

We are hiring for a dual-role expert in Release Train Engineering (RTE) or Test Data Management (TDM) with strong hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, and Azure. This is a high-impact role focused on delivery coordination, automation, and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile Release Train ceremonies and planning.
• Implement Java-based services and coordinate microservices architecture.
• Manage test data pipelines and strategies for automation.
• Integrate systems within Azure environments.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience with at least 5 years in Java and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of Azure-based application architecture.
• Background in RTE or TDM with hands-on development exposure.
• Excellent communication and leadership in Agile settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAFe or Agile certification.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation frameworks.
