Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements for onboarding processes across digital platforms.
• Data Gap Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify system inconsistencies and recommend areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams—Product, UX/UI, Development—to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive user stories, functional documents, and process flows with accuracy and precision.
• Agile Methodologies: Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, sprints, and project tracking following Scrum or Kanban practices.
• Meeting Leadership: Conduct and lead meetings independently, driving decisions, gathering feedback, and resolving ambiguities.
• User-Centric Focus: Work closely with UX designers to translate customer needs into seamless onboarding experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product or technology-driven setup.
• Strong background in requirement gathering, data gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams for customer-facing platforms.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving discussions independently.
