We are looking for experienced and dynamic DQ Program Analysts to join our data governance team. In this high-impact role, you will support critical Data Quality (DQ) Governance objectives by managing change initiatives, driving data quality programs, and collaborating with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support change and project management initiatives related to data governance
  • Provide subject matter expertise in data management, data governance, and data quality domains
  • Build strong relationships with IWPB markets and internal stakeholders to deliver DQ Governance outcomes
  • Analyze DQ portfolios to uncover patterns, risks, and insights to inform business decisions
  • Use MI (Management Information) reporting tools to visualize and communicate findings clearly
  • Prepare high-quality reports and executive updates, ensuring timely communication and escalation handling

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficiency in data quality reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of data quality principles, governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments
